Ok, Is the 9 lb pully 2.8"? What was the stocker 3.1? If I go with the smaller pully does the boost come in sooner? It seems mine only starts about 3200-5000. I want to run a consistent 9. Should I go with say smaller then whatever a 9lb is?

I dont think that you will ever hav a consistant boost it has to build up to the 9 per say, but when you start pushing much over 8 (imop)with out certain percautions thing start to become a little dangerouse, which means$$$$, but you gotta pay to play so have fun.http://www.cardomain.com/profile/blackfbird_98

As long as you have enough fuel you should be okay.-Kevin
\'96 White Camaro RS M5
GTP Shortblock - T3/T4 -6psi Intercooled
Open Downpipe

2.8-2.85 should give you 9-10 psi. Generally it would be 2.9. But comparing the crank pulley and rpm ration- 2.8-2.85 would net you 9-10 psi.
I've gotten 9-10 psi on a 3.1 a couple of times. Keep playing with yours. You can get as much as 7psi from it.
Don't get antsy to move up. Stay with the same pulley till your car is good and all the bugs are worked out.
You'll do more damage if you move up now.
