turbo swap from 3.4 to 3.8

i doubt anyone has ever done this, but i have several questions about it. i know i'll need to get headers fabbed to sweep forward on my 3.8, that's no problem. i already found a shop that will do it. i was wondering if i could just use a set of tubular manifolds from a 99 or newer. also, is there anything else i'm going to need to do to my engine? as far as injectors or anything else? reprogram my pcm? what things do i need to worry about while doing the swap and after it's done before i crank it and take it for a test drive? what special tools or gauges or equipment will i need to tune it all? thanks, let me know if you have any info at all...
