  • Cartuning Performance 3800 Turbo Kit

I've been watching closely for this one to get to production for our cars.

Just one question though... in addition to all the parts it comes with, would I need new pistons/rings, rockers, or anything else to not blow the engine?

  • #2
stronger clutch to hold the power for sure. as for pistons and rings i dont think its necessary.

depends on boost, more boost = more stronger parts

You're better off with the FFF kit. That thing is going to cost more and the intercooler would be sold separately. Not good.

It's a bad idea to have a turbo without the intercooler. Imagine the heat.

Yeah, but I've yet to find the official site of the FFF kit, so until then... Blah.

Did you try going to Yahoo and typing in "Force Fed Fabrications"? Comes right up. ;)

                      Hi everyone!

I would like to thank everyone who is interested in the upcoming Cartuning Performance Turbo Kit for the Camaro 3800 V6 engine for their patience.

A lot of hard work and energy has gone into this kit to make sure it is perfect. As the owner of the car, I am slightly to blame for the delay as it was out of Cartunings hands for 3 weeks as I added handling and braking improvements to the car.

I'd like to assure everyone that the kit is almost done. We are trying to maximize the hp output from the engine, as well keep a low price for all who are interested in the kit.

If you search the net for information on Cartunings front wheel drive kits, you won't find a negative comment about them. We want to keep that up by offering a bullet proof rear wheel drive kit for the Camaro V6 community.

As soon as it's done, I'll let you all know.

                      Thanks
                      Horde
