after you remove the plug in the TB for the PCV gases check the PCV valve. shake it...if it rattles it is still good. don't forget to take the breather off and put the normal oil filter neck back on.
do they realy check under your hood and everything down there in california? they don't just scan the OBD2 port?

Thanks Grayman. Yeah, they do check under the car. Some of them will even put on the lift. I've been failed before when they see how the Borla can be made into free flowing. Ofcourse I made excuses for it. It really stinks here in Calif.
