It'd be a lot cleaner or at least less silicon joints if I had my own 3" mandrel bending machine, or at least some sort of bending machine. Improvements will be made however. Thanks for the compliments!

That intercooler is going to sit right behind the radiator though. Probably not the best place for optimal gains.

And it's not interfering in anyway. That is the best and most efficient way of putting it.

Green, you could do the same thing too. It would look really cool.

                Very good job Rob.

Yea I could but Im sticking with my edea of copying DRfixandfly. I know his is more efficient, but that would require much more time and effort on my part.

Things I have ALREADY ordered for my kit.....

-GREDDY INTERCOOLER-$250, core is 11x11x2.75 said to push 250+ hp. Same intercooler was enough to cool down 400 hp ???eclipse???? On Ebay

BOSH BY PASS VALVE + DRILL KIT-$150,

3 INCH SILICONE ELBOW-$45- to connect powerdyne to 3 inch pipe facing down towards the ground

2 FOOT LONG 3 INCH PIPE-$9- will be cut as needed. Will connect to 45 degree 3 inch elbow coming down from powerdyne

3 INCH TO 2.5 INCH SILICONE REDUCER #1-$25- will be connected to 3 inch pipe coming down from powerdyne. The 2.5 inch side of the reducer will be connected to the inlet of the intercooler

3 INCH SILICONE CONNECTER-$30- will be connected to the piping coming down from the throttle body. The 3 inch piping will then be connected to the bottom of the 3 inch silicone connecter and be facing down towards the top of the outlet of the intercooler.

3 INCH TO 2.5 SILICONE REDUCER #2-$25-The 3 inch side of this reducer will be connected to the 3 inch pipe coming down from the throttle body. The 2.5 inch side of this reducer will be connected to the outlet of the intercooler.

TBOLT CLAMPS-$45- I have 4 2.5 inch clamps and 8 3.0 inch clamps that will be used for all silicone tightening.

LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK.

I wouldn't get Bosch one. I had two installed on my car already and they became defective in the long run. The last one bled like crazy and caused my car to stall.

I'm not saying it's a bad product and it's really up to you. Tiago uses it and he likes it. But I like Greddy or Tyfoon better. They are adjustable.

Good luck on the intercooler. I know I was doing research on this awhile back but money is definately a big factor for me.
