So I finally got around to installing my BOV (or by-pass valve as Powerdyne calls it)
I plumbed it between the blower and the TB but left the other end open.
With the vaccuum line hooked up the valve is constantly open, you can feel the air out the tube. Well this causes the car to idle all over the place and it won't run worth a darn. Acts like a vaccuum leak. If I unplug the vaccuum line going to the BOV it won't flow any air but also doesn't open up under boost.
I called Powerdyne and they said the other end has to be plumed back into the intake before the blower to work correctly. Is this correct? I wanted to see if anyone has this thing working correctly with it blowing out in the atmosphere before I go making a hole in my intake lid.
Any ideas?
Thanks!
