Having a turbo was my first intention for my car. I almost had these brothers install one but there shop closed. Then I went to Vector Perf. and had a SC instead, that was almost 5 years ago.
I would love to see this happen. And you bet I'll be in line for it. But since I live in EPA capital would it pass. See the neat thing about SC is that you can remove it easily then put it back.
Good luck and keep us updated.

That is a good question about the emissions. I believe that it would have no problems passing if you remove the throttle body elbow and basically turn it back into a non aspirated car again. Thats how I plan on running my car at the track. I am going to do a few runs with the elow off then I will put the elbow back on to complete the turbo flow again. Let me know what you think.New Car--- 2000 Trans Am M6--SLP Lid, K7N Filter, 160 degree Thermostat, Loudmouth Exhaust, Smooth bellows, MAF ends, ASP Pulley, 4.10 gears, Y2K Chrome Vette Wheels, 2\" drop.. ;) lol. non aspirated. That made my day, he is going to run his car with out air? to each his own, but when I run my car at the track I leave it naturaly aspirated, it works a lot better.

Formulao96, just out of curiousity where is the shop that you are working with? a TT kit would be bad *** . would the engine need forged internals to run more then 6-7 psi? (just your best guess on the last question)2000 pewter firebird<br />Short Throw Shifter, Whisper Lid, Whisper Ram Air, Holley Filter, B&B Triflo, LSD, BMR LCA, STB, PHR, and sway bars (32/21).<br />Power window conversion

The shop Im working with is in Warren, RI. A TT kit is a great thought, but very difficult to accomplish. And a kit running 6 to 7 PSI does not have need for forged internals.
>>UPDATE<<
My intercooler is coming in tomorrow(monday) its getting put on (hopefully) next saturday, and Ill have dyno runs if everything goes well. It is a 30"L x 5"H x 3"W intercooler dimensions, and should fit neatly under the car in front of the plastic flap that draws in air from under the car. After my car is straightened out I will be planning out the kit with them. The biggest thing is that everyone wants their AC(i cant blame you guys) but my car does not have AC so I cant really be a test car. So if this whole thing goes through, when it comes to the whole intercooler piping situation then Im going to need a car to measure it on to get the piping to work correctly around the AC. I will keep you guys posted.New Car--- 2000 Trans Am M6--SLP Lid, K7N Filter, 160 degree Thermostat, Loudmouth Exhaust, Smooth bellows, MAF ends, ASP Pulley, 4.10 gears, Y2K Chrome Vette Wheels, 2\" drop.. Pheonix... do you mean what belt size? I believe it was about a 46 and 3/8 or something like that, but be sure to take a string and measure out all the pullies to see a fit for your car.New Car--- 2000 Trans Am M6--SLP Lid, K7N Filter, 160 degree Thermostat, Loudmouth Exhaust, Smooth bellows, MAF ends, ASP Pulley, 4.10 gears, Y2K Chrome Vette Wheels, 2\" drop..
