  • My 8psi Dyno numbers

Finally went and I did 2 pulls cuz Im a cheeap a$$ and didnt wanna spend a lot on a dyno. The shop I went to was www.corvettemasters.com

Temp was 94* in the shop
    Engine Temp was around 195*

Was only seeing 8psi of boost for some reason on the dyno....was seeing 9-10 on the way there

The shop owner REALLY loved my car and said there is much more power in it from looking at the A/F read out....A/F was real smooth the whole way and it went rich midway thru started at 12:1 and dipped to 10.5:1 and came back up. Well heres what she did on 8psi...

    317.7rwhp / 358.8rwtq

Friend works for Superchips tuning where they just got a new dyno and Im going to go there later this weak and get it to 10psi and change some things and then ill be posting all the graphs and stuff.

That's very good numbers. Are you using stock injectors?

What kind of tuning stuff do you have?

Stock injectors and no tuning at all....thats one thing the shop owner was surprised at.....he said LS1's are a pain to tune and mine doesnt need much more but it does need some tuning.

But they didnt lock my converter so it only pulled from like 3500 to like 5500 so I dont know if those numbers are even accurate....he said the window is so small he doesnt know how accurate the numbers are

Also he said something with my MSD wires with how thick they are it broke up signal or some dumb****....but my friend can get me some dynotime at his shop in the next week or 2 so ill just go dyno for the hell of it...I dont really care about my dyno numbers to be honest....ive told most of you guys that.....i could have 230rwhp for all I care...as long as im runnin mid-low 12's for now thats all that matters to me
