Ask around at the local speed shops for the best deals. I get all my pipes through a local fabricator, and i'm not sure where he gets them.
Exhaust: If you want 450hp, you can reach that goal with a full exhaust... don't let anyone tell you that it'll cost you alot of HP or it'll be so much harder and all that BS. There's a supercharged 4.6L Mustang out here that puts down 760rwhp through a full exhaust, which includes 2 cats.

Getting a good P&P job is worth spending money on. you definitely want to take the heads to a reputable machine shop and have an expert do it. I've seen alot of people on this site say you can get that done for $200 or $400. The places that are that cheap are the ones i'd personally stay away from, because they probably just have some guy in the back hog out your ports with a dremel tool. If you're not sure you have the money for it, IMO, it's worth putting things off for a bit until you can get the money gathered up for a very good machine job.
About the balancing: The price for this is relative to the machine shops in your area. Usually having the rotating assembly balanced is pretty afforable, or at least is has been in my experience. I was recently quoted $200 for a 3.8L short block balance job from a guy who's known to be fairly expensive.

No it wouldn't because it wouldn't exist. If your going to quote something I say then spell it right. Why don't you just drop a supra engine in it? or lets go with a WRX engine? hey we can go wankel! The reason I called it a tokyo taxi is because skyline's really are taxi's lol.

Honestly i don't know how much rwhp i have. I will eventually get some dyno numbers, and i'll post them when i do. I might eventually build my motor to handle more boost, but for now, 10psi is good enough.
Mods: I already have the turbo system installed. Right now i'm just experimenting with a few items, like different BOVs seeing how i like them. As far as supporting mods go, i have Pace Setter headers, a Magnaflow cat and a Hooker cat-back. Tuning will be added as soon as the software shows up.
