i'm planning to do a turbo or s/c setup in the future, and i was wondering which lsd would be better? eaton or zexel? i was lookin around and found this thread http://www.camarov6.com/ubb/ultimate...;f=23;t=004127 over at drivetrain. i already have a zexel (waiting to be installed) but would the eaton be better for a FI setup?

IMO go with the zexel 1. because you already have the zexel which are getting harder to find by the day and 2. because the zexel recquires no maintenance besides the normal diff fluid change whereas the eaton's clutches wear out and have to be replaced1994 white Firebird M5
Flowmasters, CAI, 3.73s, LSD, coated pacesetters, eibach pro-kit, bilsteins, hurst shifter, JVC stereo, 18\" C5 vette wheels, Kuhmo Ecsta ASX rubber

http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/744299

Coming Soon: Turbo!

zexle is fine, The diff is not the weak point in the rear end if you have a zexle.2001 Arctic White Firebird With Black Drop Top

3:42 Gears
Zexel LSD
BMR upper A-Arms
Trans Am exhaust with 3\" I-pipe and cutout
Modified intake
Mecham Hood
Trans Go shift kit
Making rear control arms and panhard
