Hi i got in touch whith a guy that makes pulleys for superchargers and he has and idea on building one that might help avoid sliping on our powerdyne kits but i need to know the size of the 9 pnd pulley on this kit so he can start working on it and as soon as is ready i want to share the results with you guys but i need some help with the pulley size first and this way we can eliminate this problem

I would be very in this. How does he plan on solving the slipping using a different pulley?

why not get an underdrive pulley for either the water pump or the alternator and see if the increased belt tension clears up the 9 psi pulley slipage?

Belt slipage is nothing new in the supercharger world. Unless the SC is cog driven, you'll always see belt slipage. Even the mustang guys I know complains about their 10lbs pulley slipping.
