disclaimer, not meant as a flame: firstly...from the pics you have posted, the hairdrier is in an absolute claustrophobic area, however I am inclined to take your word for it. If you say no problem then...at the track you will see what I mean!?!?
Secondly, maybe we both have a different idea of emissions legality!?!? As far as I am concerned, just because the headers are E.L...doesn't have anything to do with the actual emissions with the drier in the picture...even though your state is not concerned with a "visual"! It would never pass the sniffer with a turbo...and with the specs of your custom unit. ..I know, cold emissions = red flag!
Pls this is not a flame, we are only disseminating facts from fiction...

You're not disseminating facts from fiction either... you're making statements which do no apply to my car, because it is indeed EMISSIONS LEGAL. I' m not sure why you think it's impossible for a FI car such as mine to pass, but recently a friend of mine with a 760rwhp Blown Mustang passed in the same county as me. I know of a Turbo LT1 locally that has passed emissions for the past 5 years. Hell, there's a roots type blower available for Corvettes that even has a CARB number. Trust me, unless your state bans aftermarket turbos, you should have no problem what-so-ever passing emissions with a cat and full exhaust. Why? Because it's actually very simple.. when the turbo is not producing boost, it's basically just along for the ride, and since i have stock tuning, i essentially have a stock car at that point. At no point during the test did my turbo produce more than 1psi. At such a low boost level, the FMU didn't increase fuel pressure one bit. So i ask you, why should my car be unable to pass emissions?
