Air is fluidic by nature, so imagine the turbo as the initiator...the turbo pressurizes the intake, when the throttle is shut; the system now becomes 'a semi-closed system'(the only other potential outlet is the turbo itself)...And remember the turbo is still spinning!!
So the question now is...when this fluid resonates backwards where do you think 'performance wise' is the best place to relieve this fluid???
a.) immediately after throttle blade or
b.) couple of feet away b4 the IC
