The only option you really have right now is the powerdyne/vector kit. The ATI kit was sent to beta testers, but seems to have kinda disappeared. Anything else would most likely need to be a custom job.

and yeah.. powerdyne is pretty muhc the only good option out there.. its easy to install too..
That's true. But you can also get an ATI kit and download the bracket schematics from Tolken V6's website and take it to a metal shop for fabrication. You'll need pipes too. I think it can be done for roughly $2000.

How safely is buying a used or rebuilt supercharger?
The install is not too bad. You could probably do it yourself.
About a used supercharger - they have few moving parts. The drive pulley, and the impeller. And if it's a belt drive - the belt.
Fresh bearings might be needed. Powerdyne rebuild sets (bearings and belt) go for a bit over $100 on ebay, rebuild services go for around $300 if I remember right.
As long as the impeller has never "touched down" inside the housing it should just about last forever. It's difficult (if not impossible) to find just an impeller. Unless the bearings were totally shot, the impeller won't touch down.

Say Billy, you're close to them, you can ask her about it when you guys meet. The design is pretty straight forward and somewhat the same as PD. You can take it to the shop for fabrication.
Yeah, I know I live close to them.. I even know where they hang out.. hell.. people in my car club have been up at their hang out and saw pathogen.. rofl..
i gota go up there.. that or they need to come to germantown..
I dunno.. I think i am gunna go ahead and max out my combo now and then get the gear driven powerdyne when i bust the belt on this unit..

You should contact the guy who owns that company. They only slowed down. They got a bad rep and alot of hostility here but the kit is awesome.

You have to swap a couple of pulleys around. You'll need a socket set for that, but no puller is needed.
The bracket is pretty easy too. Sockets for that.
The ducting is simple. A screwdriver for the hose clamps.
The adapter for the oil pressure sensor, I think was done with pliers and a crescent wrench. Some teflon paste to seal the threads.
To tighten up the belt, a hammer and some sort of punch (or maybe a big screwdriver).
If you decide to do the JohnD power wrap, then a file, or a dremel with a sanding drum, to clearance the oil filter extension.
To install the fmu, a fuel fitting disconnect tool. (I got one that looks kind of like scissors, for about $5).
If you go with a boost gauge, then some basic tools to mount the gauge, and a drill to make a little hole in the firewall for the plastic tube to pass through.
So my truck is finally getting some work done, after 17 years, Oil pressure sensor went out and it’s located under the lower intake manifold. Have to...
