  • FMU choice

    i searched around and cant seem to find anything that would guide me in a fmu choice. I dont know what gain ratio to go for
    4-1
    6-1
    8-1
    10-1
    12-1
    I plan on running the turbo at 6 psi max.

    i think most people use the 6:1 but your also using it on a vary different motor

      cartech fmu is adjustable without changing plates.

      And remember a fmu will increase your fuel pressure up around 70-80 with just 5-6 psi, get a fuel pump that is rated for flow at high pressure, msd inline pumps do alright or a HP walbro.

        walbro 255 intank is a good fuel pump and i suggest spending the extra money and getting a cartech fmu so its fully adjustable otherwise i would say somewhere between 6:1 and 8:1.
