now that I am receiving a refund - I will leave this whole topic alone. Sorry that no one can stand me and that I am so unbearable. I love you guys too! I've made some positive comments and just sent Ryan an email earlier complimenting him on the looks of the kit, but just wish it would be done sooner. Sure I don't deserve the kit - wouldn't do me anygood anyways. Unless somehow it is adapted to work on the LS1. Best of luck for everyone and for all the haters - you know where you can go. Thanks though Batman and Bill.

ahhhh I see the truth behind this now, he's *****ing about it not being done so he doesnt have to commit to the $4k cost of the kit since he bought an LS1, i knew there was some sort of hidden reason behind it all, oh well, ta ta, no one will miss you.

I have dealt with the situation with Silver00 and he will be refunded per my decision. He did buy an LS1 car and that was the issue. I informed him, by phone, that he should have contacted to discuss his current V6 status. This bickering would have been avoided if he had called me personally. Again, any beta tester is more than welcome to contact us for updates at any time. It's hard for me to post or email, as this can take more time than a phone call. Sorry if that may inconvience anyone, but most of my time is spent in the shop, not the office. Thanks again to everyone who is patient.

ok, so assuming that we do need the cal for the kit to work, and the fans go on at 160* instead of 195*, we'd still have the stock 195* thermostat and it wouldn't let cooalnt get by till it hits 195*, so the fans wouldn't help that much unless the coolant could get to the radiator when the fan's come on at 160*. I hope I'm making sense. also, will the pulley take the place of one of the idler pulleys, or will this be put in a different place, requiring a longer serpentine belt? lastly, would it be alright if underdrive pulleys were used for the water pump and alternator w/ this kit? I wouldn't mind buying a longer belt, but I'm not sure if it would be alright to slow the flow of coolant down, since u guys are mentioning possible cooling issues w/ the kit. do u think it would be ok, or should I leave the stock pulley's alone?

Yes sir you make sense the post i made was for guys who bought an after market 160 stat. If you have the stock 195 stat. Then your fine. No need for the cal. Your fans will come on at the right time when the coolant is being circulated.

As far as the belt and pulleys...don't worry its included with the kit

I was planning to keep the pcm programming stock if possible.

The fan switch mod is fine for the cooling. I already have that.

You have got me a little worried about the auto trans programming. I can see we might need tweaks to that. I keep hearing on here that bumping the line pressure is a bad thing though.

So keep me posted on that.

Ryan, if you see this, I'm pretty sure I did the 24lb accel injectors after I sent my info sheet to you, so this may or may not be a factor. The pcm has learned them ok for na and nitrous, so I'm thinking I'm ok there.

Still a little concerned about the tranny portion though...

I just remembered, it bangs the rev limiter sometimes as is, so maybe lowering the shift point 100rpms and raising the rev limiter 100-200 might not be a bad thing after all.

exactly. who wouldnt rather have a cammed LS1 than a supercharged v6. i see the kit making some good power but no where near competing with the LS1's. your such a moron. and i give Mach Performance a big for satisfying Silver00's wishes to drop out.
