Well, I've gotten my boost gauge working, which is very sweet. The John D wrap is done and I have to give JohnD huge props for coming up with a different belt route. It's a great idea and it works awesome! I ordered in a 255lb/h fuel pump which should be here at the end of the week and I'm headed to the track the weekend after this to try it all out and to get some hard #s. I just have to say that boost is amazing! It feels great!

I also wanted to say thank you to everyone who helped me along with the install and trouble shooting afterwards. You guys rule!

hrmm.. cnat wait to see how the car does..

green glow allways had issues with his car.. and 1/2 the time was using a dam gtech to see what his 1/4 miles were.. plus it was a vert with 10000000000 lbs of stuff on it..

so.. hopefully the setup will work out for your car.. I am definatly interested to see how it does..

BTW dont get frustratiated when your car sucks the first few passes.. the ecu has to get its learn on..

Hey thanks for the encouragement! I'm excited to see how it'll work also, I have the intercooler off the car for now, but will be re-installing it this weekend. Just out of curiosity, how long does it take to make the ecm learn the new settings? I never really thought of that before. I'll keep you posted!

Congratulations! It will be interesting to see if you break the 14 second barrier and dip into the 13's too.

I want to see mid 13's out of his car with the intercooler..

I meen.. I am pretty sure.. that I may get into the 13's with the stocker pully after doing the JDwrap.. and messing with my suspension a little..

i got a 14.4@96 with a 2.020 60' only makeing 4psi.. on street tires (kumho 712's) with over 1/2 a tank of gas a 160 peice tool set and full street weight.. and it was like 87 degress..

I can probably drop over a tenth in weight still keeping full interior..

my suspension is kinda jacked but i want to get into the 1.9's 60's it needs some adjustments..

and then a little more boost and i shuld be there..

i will try that first.. if it dosent work.. tuning will be comming soon

anyway, GOOOOOD luck again! I hope you do really well.. then i will need to get a pully and an intercooler to keep up

I am not too sure.. its not a perfect science.. but alot of it has to do with the weather. and if you car has been in that weather.. ect ect..

it took my car 2 passes jsut to run smooth after i reset the pcm and it was in new weather conditions..

then it got faster and faster though the night..

                however ymmv..

here is a link with how my first time out went..

Thanks for the vote of confidence guys, 13's would be amazing, my own personal goal is to be able to beat/easily keep up with an LS1, and I'll keep pushing to get there.

John D you're running some impressive times with your powerdyne!

ATGNAG have you taken your car out to the track since the 14.4 you ran?

There's definately alot of ET to be found in the PD 3.8 hopefully we'll be able to push it a little further!

you will need to run mid 13's at a minimum to keep up with ls1's.. that is for a typical driver.. i have seen a handfull of intake/exhaust ls1's break 12's with good drivers.. so we definatly have our work cut out for us..

                    as for your question..

I have not been back to the track.. that was last friday.. and tommarow its gunna rain all day.. so.. maybe i will work on the car a bit and see how things go next weekend.. possibly come to the track with less gas and prep it before hand.. to drop some weight..
