Same here, Pipes, intercooler, silicone connectors, hoses.

I'v heard they were having the same problems as last time. Shipping company misplaced intercoolers. Pipes put on the back burner.

Ok hold on a minute here. This isn't a flame or anything, but why the hell are people still waiting for Intercoolers and silicone connectors?! The intercoolers are coming from Spearco, correct? Last i checked, they were a good sized company and carried alot of stuff in stock. Unless all the intercoolers are custom, it makes no sense why people would have to wait on those. The silicone connectors are the same deal. So many companies sell those it's not even funny. Why are people waiting for Intercoolers and Silicone connectors?

I'm not sure, it could be that he might be going through a distributor that isnt as reliable as spearco corporate is but i dont know. as for connectorst i would guess that would be sent with the piping but again i dont know. I'm not trying to make excuses for FFF just trying to figure out why the hell it has taken so long. How many kits were sold in the gp anyway?

The intercoolers are done now and have been shipped 2 or so weeks ago. Somethings take a little longer than others to ship. I don't know why they are taking so long to ship though. They are prob in some warehouse right now just waiting to be shipped. Some shipping companys suck.

I don't know about the silicone connectors though. I ordered one from ebay about 3 weeks ago and still haven't gotten it.

Two weeks ago? I haven't received mine yet. Is there any way to track the shipments Tiago?

Well the fact you ordered one from EBay is the problem right there.. sellers are inconsistent at best when it comes to shipping their stuff out in a reasonable time frame.

About the shipping companies, i don't know who you all picked to do your shipping, but it's about time you went down there and cracked some skulls. NO ONE is that slow anymore because no one can afford to be that slow. The competition would EAT THEM ALIVE because almost no one is willing to wait that long for something anymore. Through the family business, i ship and receive almost $60,000 worth of various parts and supplies every single month. 99.999999999999999% of the time, all the things i ship are there EXACTLY as planned. Only once have i had something "lost" in shipping (it 2 of my Kumho 712s). Even then it only took an extra 3 days to get my stuff in. You saying that the parts were shipped weeks ago raises some serious conserns. If i were all of you, i'd be exhanging words with the shipping company as we speak.

You're right, some things take longer than others to ship... but not 30"x6" intercoolers. The crap that takes longer are the big and awkward items that also weigh a ton. Hell, i shipped a TH700R-4 tranny once, and UPS Ground only took 6 business days to deliver it to the east coast.

order your couplers from HTS high temp silicone..

they are cheeper then everywhere else i have been.. and jsut as good quality.. best part is i got the ones i needed in like 2 days (1-3.5" elbow 1-3" strait and 10 feet of vacume line).. they ship hella fast.. www.hightempsilicone.com they are on ebay too.. i would call them and see if you cant get a volume discount..

I agree, this is getting retarted. I've tried to get tracking numbers, but tiago won't get back to me with those. The Brian guy who's shipping the kits doesn't even pick up or return my phone calls anymore (I've called him atleast 10 times with not return phone call or answer). We never know what is going on, we are never updated, the one year anniversary to this GP is coming up, and we still don't have everything, now that's a big shame. This is probably the worst customer service i have ever experienced. Updates everyweek would be nice, so we all know exactly what is going on, it's not that it is just taking too long, we don't even know what is going on, and that is pretty scary cause our money was given in January.
sorry, i definitely needed to vent, i won't even be able to enjoy this thing this year, as the summer is basically over.

I had the same problems with getting tracking info on my stuff, and it wasn't because of Tiago. Tiago DOES call and DOES try to get numbers to track but it always seems that this company is very busy/the guy we are dealing with is out a lot and not in the office. It sucks that stuff is taking this long and it is a shame, but what can we do? Some people are slow and it sucks, and intercooler cores ran out which can not be blamed on anyone.

Anyways, hope you all get your kits soon, I've been running my kit but the car's currently down for repairs now.

99.99% of companies that are doing GPs on a custom made to order product will have all details ironed out, and all production problems taken care of before starting the GP, and will most of the time have damn near all the pieces produced before they take people's money for the GP. they start a thread, get an idea of the commitment level, and produce an appropriate amount of the product to be sold. they take the risk that not all of what they produce will be sold, and they may have some left over stock. most companies, large or small, will take that risk in order to provide their customers with a product in a timely manner, because they know if they do, then those people will tell other people, and business will grow as a result of a good reputation just my thoughts
