what do all recommend for the least amount of HP loss for a cat back (i'll use a cut out for the track) but Not knowing were i'm goign to be stationed i think i better have cat back for street use. but i want one for performance more then sound

The performance differences between all the different cat-backs will be negligable at best, IMO. Pretty much any 3" cat-back will flow very well, and won't cut down on your HP too much.
The rumbler has gotten great reviews and it is very similar to the LM only less rasp. That would be my recomendation for a full exhaust, but any 3" will be fine in my opinion.

I kind of think loudmouths sound horrible on the V8 cars, I can't imagine how tacky and obnoxious one would sound on a V6 car.... oh wait, yes I can imagine.. it would probably be as tacky and obnoxious as an open downpipe :D ;)
I'd get the quietest 3 inch catback made so you have some stealthyness
I'll be getting a 3in pipe dumped before the axle with only a 3in highflow cat. Should quite it down a little and lose very little hp. I also thought about getting a bullet muffler but I'm going without. If it's still too lound I'll put one on there. I wouldn't order a catback I would just get some straight 3in pipe. Will be a lot cheaper

I'll be running my turbo through a 3" high flow cat and my custom BorlaMouth :-P Should sound pretty sweet, maybe a little quieter because of the turbo, what do you guys think? Does a turbo dampen sound a lot if you run it through a full exhaust system?

meh.. IMHO.. get an electonic cutout.. and adapt it to the stock catback.. I jsut got my cutout done.. and honestly.. it sucks by comparison to the cutout.. but the cutout is way too loud for street use..
that.. or get a flowmaster kit if you are trying to stay quiet.. ther eis a v6 in my car club that has one.. the kit with the strange boxy resonator.. it sounds "ok" for v6 camaro exhaust.. but.. its realllllllly quiet.. not much louder then stock..
IMHO get that and a cutout then you will be ready to go..

My turbo didn't quiet my exhaust one bit. </font>
Take your turbo off and see how much louder it gets.
