My major exhaust components were unchanged when the turbo went on (Pace Setters, Magnaflow Cat, Hooker Cat-back).. With the addition of the turbo, the exhaust note didn't get any quieter.

Did it change the tone any though? I can't imagine how having this huge hunk of backpressure wouldn't change your exhaust at least some... got any sound clips?

Yeah, it changed the tone of my exhaust note, it just didn't make it quieter. No sound clips yet... i'm trying to get a couple soon though.

If you go elec cutout.....then get a hefty muffler so you can be quiet as u want to be....if its elec u can partially open it and set a tone to your preference....if i had elec i would deff put a good sized muffler so itd be quiet when i need it to be....
