• Grumble Grumble Grumble Sigh...

Well, If FFF cannot get the kit by the end of august I am going to have to ask for a refund. This is too long to wait.

I will be going with the squires, and a LT1 f-body

I hate to jump on the band wagon here, but the wait is extremely long and there hasnt been any communication. I would also like a refund if we dont get this thing in another month.

You can add me to the list, and if i don't get either a kit or my money back by the end of august, i will fly down there and personally pay each and everyone involved a visit.

p.s. I tried calling both Tiago and that Bryan dude today, and still no answer. This is immaculate customer service here.

Dude, people freaking live busy lives. FFF is not Tiago's life. It is a company that has been created to hopefully help out the V6 community. Tiago works all day and goes to bed fairly early because he wakes up at the crack of dawn.
I have tried calling him many times just to talk/shoot the **** or whatever you want to call it, and he doesn't answer because he is busy. If FFF WAS his life, I would expect him to pickup also.

Now, i have nothing to do with this, mainly because i guessed this would happen to a point, but even though FFF is not his life, it is his business, and sometimes you have to put business first. Especially when you have lots of money from lots of people. Its called customer service......

Thats all im gonna say about this.

Good luck guys, they look like good kits, hope you all get them.

DavidSiri, I called these two around dinner time, anyways, my problem isn't with Tiago, it is with this Bryan guy who's in charge of the kit (shipping etc). I've called him about ten times over the last week or two, and no answer, i left messages on his machine every so often to call me back, and no response or anything. I am extremely irritated by this situation.
Like when's the update coming? Last i've heard is that my pipes are done, and the intercoolers were shipped. So it takes a month to ship all this? Makes no sense, just tell us what the hell is going on, cause this situation has elevated to a new level. If you're having problems with the shipping company, give me their number and i'll let em' have it.

All in all, DavidSiri, u must admit that this is as ghetto as it gets. I paid for this product 8 Months ago, with the aspirations to have it installed by spring time, now it looks like i won't even get it in before the winter. Now can you see why my patience has ran out? My friends always ask me where the kit is, and i'm embarassed to tell them that i still haven't gotten it. They always tell me that i've been ripped off, but i always stood by FFF and accepted the start up problems that they incurred, but this is getting out of hand, and now I myself am questioning if someone just took my money and ran.

Yeah, I understand it's custom and all, etc.. etc.. but eight months and not being able to contact anyone, I'd be fuming too. If someone payed me $3k (or whatever it is) for a product, I'd make damn sure they got it REAL soon. :D Hell, I'd personally deliver it with a big red bow!

I dont nesacarily have a problem with the wait, but the fact that everyone claims he works like a madman and has no time, what about the nice red TA with a nice turbo kit on it.
Can take the time to post that but cant post an update to set our minds at ease. I put up a post for updates and he replied 3 times and only one of those replies was actually an update. This whole ordeal is rediculous.

Perry I thought you knew what happened to the intercoolers? DHL has them somewhere, they were shipped way back then, and DHL has all of them somewhere misplaced. We made a claim on them weeks ago, this is still an ongoing struggle. Bryan was suppost to have shipped your pipes already, I don't know what the slow down is in that matter.

As far as everyone else's pipes, this friday was the day I was told the flanges would FINALLY be done from my 5th machine shop I had to go after (this one actually seems to have pulled through for me). So this is quickly coming to a close.

All I can say is Im sorry for all this but I am doing all that I can, Bryan being the guy that has handled all the kits so far is the only one that can follow up on these last items, It has been in his hands all along and all I can do is ask him for progress updates just like u ask me for them. He ensured me he is working on the intercooler thing so all I can do is hope for it to be figured out soon.

This is like a freakin nightmare. My name (and FFF) is the one out there being "responsible" for all this yet when it comes down to it I have not been the one to do much regarding this kit thus far. Im just a middle man between customers and Bryan (KBS Turbo), who has been in charge of all of it till now. Although all of the delays related to this are not his fault directly I think if Im the one in the fire I will have to take these matters into my own hands from now on.

I thought I was giving some updates too?

I called the shop here in Stillwater and the flanges will be done around lunch time this Friday. Then I'll take the flanges up to Bryans and he will ship them out to everybody. Last I heard Bryan is still on the shipping companys *** about the ICs but nothing has come of that yet.
