That kit looks very perty, but I wish it came with the intercooler without extra money. The ceramic coating option is very sweet cuz I'd like to keep my intake piping bling bling for show I'll keep an eye on the availability of the f-body kit for sure! Although I already have a Carsound Cat AND PCM Programming... I wonder if they'd give me a discount? Ya right!

there are alot of places that do ceramic coatings localy now.. look for places that do powder coating.. more the likley they do ceramic too..

and if that dosent work out you can send your stuff out to jethot..

their kit looks ok.. promising if anything.. I want to see how it turns out when its acctualy sold and on the road..

as far as or engines beaing similar.. yes.. funamentaly the motors themselfs are nearly identical..

but.. when you design a turbo kit.. the PITA is piping and packaging.. thats what takes the longest and is the hardest dam part of any FI setup.. ever seen how a fwd 3.8 is mounted?? yeah.. its is in no way shape or form close to ours.. hell.. its will be a compleatly different kit.. altogether.. if it took then this long ot make that kit.. it will probably take a while for the f-body kit.. to components may be similar however they might as well be starting from scrath..

and as far as the intense kit.. that was designed mainly for their racecar i belive.. and the hardcore gtp peeps..

# T04-B P trim Garrett turbo
# Turbonetics EVO wastegates w/ multiple psi settings
# Monza blow off valve (BOV)
# Custom-made Stainless Steel exhaust crossover assembly - mates perfectly to STOCK exhaust manifolds or WPI Ported Exhaust Manifolds (coming soon). Our custom crossover pipe is not a modified factory piece, but made from scratch with mandrel-bent 304 stainless “Y” pipe which eliminates cross pulse issues, and directs exhaust gas to the turbo very accurately.
# Custom-made mandrel bend tig-welded 2.5" stainless steel downpipe with u-bend removal
# Carsound high flow catalytic Converter - outlet bolts DIRECTLY to the STOCK exhaust system, Borla Exhaust, DynoMax Exhaust, or SLP Exhaust Systems
# Custom-made stainless steel intake pipe
# Brand new flow-matched Lucas/Delphi 42.5 lb/hr fuel injectors
# Custom Reprogrammed PCM (a $100 core-charge is added and is refunded upon return of your stock PCM)
# AN fitting oil lines, oil “T”, custom adaptor for oil return
# 3-ply silicone connectors
# Silicone hose (for connection to wastegate, BOV)
# K&N valve cover breather
# High-flow air filter with custom fenderwell intake setup
# 4 T-bolt band clamps (stainless steel)
# All required bolts, nuts, and washers (stainless steel)
# O2 sensor plug for original o2 location
# All gaskets for mating surfaces
# PCV modification hardware and specialized tools
# Full instruction set on CD-ROM
# 180 deg. Thermostat
# 2 range colder spark plugs
# OPTIONAL UPGRADE - upgrade to a PT-61 custom built turbo (Precision Turbo – good for 700 HP) for an additional $299
# OPTIONAL UPGRADE - upgrade to a 2000-degree ceramic coating on the crossover, downpipe, intake pipe, AND turbo turbine for an additional $129

Thats alot of **** for $3000 I may buy this kit and the FFF kit I like to be greedy

</font>
The L36 in those cars is pretty close, notice how I said some minor differences. So please, don't be gay and tell me to stop posting. I am just trying to help everyone out and show what else is out there. So if you can't respect that, then you're pretty messed up.
</font>
MINOR DIFFERENCES?

Maybe you can just buy that kit and make the minor modifications since its a similar engine. There's more in common between a v6 Fbody kit and an ls1 fbody kit than with that Grand Prix kit. You clearly know nothing about designing a Turbo setup. This kit has been posted before, hopefully it will pan out for the Fbody as well.

Oh, and I am pretty messed up actually.

In that GRAND PRIX kits defense it does include injectors and PCM tune, T-Bolt clamps, stainless piping, and plugs, all nice extras. Definately a good deal if you have a Grand Prix.

NO he's right the FWD 3.8 is totally different when it comes to building a turbo kit. The exhaust is routed way different and the throttle body sits on the opposite side of the engine. Routing pipes from a FWD 3.8 and an Fbody 3.8 would in no way be similiar. Not to mention intercooler mounting etc.....

It would be interesting to see what their design on V6 F-body would look like.

I wonder how they will mount the IC.
