I have not dynoed on only pump gas, but I don't really see any problems, running 7-8 lbs I can keep full timing and it runs fine on pump gas, but when going up to higher boost levels, timing has to be retarded to protect from detonation, or race gas is used.

I really don't have a budget to run all these tests, when I dyno I went to get as much as possible.

Of course,... I do understand why you would want to use race gas to dyno the car. I'm certain that most people (V6 and V8) would want to see their hp numbers while using race gas, since most use race gas while running the 1/4 mile at the track. I was simply curious what kind of numbers the car would pull on 91 octane, running on the street. After all, most people can't afford to drive the car everyday on race gas. That is the simple reason why I would like to see rwhp using pump gas only.

No hurry,..... dynoing cars isn't exactly cheap. ;)

i hope this kit works out all good tiago, so im just going replace the gears with 3.73's, replace LSD, ill get headers, and hollow the cat in with a flow master or dynomax exhaust whichever i can find cheaper. maybe a shift kit

would you reccomend a msd? LT1 fuel injectors? or even a certain cam? i plan on running no more than 9 psi

oh and i didnt see in any other posts but can you list what parts will be in your kit? such as turbo size type, blow off vavle, waste gate, boost gage, boost controller, ECT.... all that you are planning to include in this package.

I do recommend an MSD for more spark under boost, and to prevent spark blowout.

Standard kits consist of , turbo, intercooler, all piping, all miscellaneous stuff needed for the install, FMU, and inline fuel pump.

wastegates will mostlikely be TIAL, BOV have diffferent options, intercoolers from spearco, and the turbo size will be up to the owner, the standard will be the t3/t4 hybrid, all garrett turbos.

What do you expect from 3.4 cars that are more stock? HP wise I only have intake and exhaust. Will we get any where close to a Z28(LT1)?

you should easily see lt1 numbers with our base turbo kit as long as your motor is up too the task. you need to have a healthy engine too make efficient power, and if your motor is about too die, the motor will last less time with the turbo if you bea the crap out of it.
                boost, you got it???
