Yeah Ryan's had his computer crash when I talked with him today.
Just some notes for all the BETA TESTERS on 8 to 8.5 psi his car consistantly made 265-270 RWHP. At that PSI the fuel system with the stock injectors are at their limits for what I feel is safe fuel pressure. We did try a run with the blower disconnected for an "A"--"B" test. We did 2 back to back runs and his car made a sad 139 RWHP. This low RWHP was in part that his collector gasket on his RK Sport headers completely blew out and we have a mandrel 3" exhaust which hurts it when its naturally aspirated. (I personally do not like the flanges on the RK Sport headers...could they be any thinner  ) Before his car made consistant 169 RWHP. Then we put the blower back on and re-ran the car...back right at 265 RWHP.
Whenever the BETA TESTERS are ready...we are ready. Surely with injectors and the cal 300 RWHP will be attainable. For those of you that just look at NUMBERS ONLY, consider the percentage gain from the A-B test and not just the RWHP only...
Any further questions regarding this kit can be directed to us by calling the shop. We get a ton of calls during the day, so if you do not get a hold of us right away please be patient and keep trying.
Ryan will post the dyno sheets and graphs ASAP when his computer is back up and running.

 139 NA!!! I was just about to go with a 3" setup for my 2K camaro(NA), do you think its more the leaking headers than the 3" exhaust contributing to the lack of HP. What was his setup when he was running the 169 RWHP?

the 3" doesn't hurt that much guys. jason mccallister showed like 10RWHP by going to 3". its thet headers that are killing his HP. PLUS, this dyno could be dyno'ing lower than other dynos. but 100+ HP on just 8PSI is pretty good.\'96 Quasar Blue Firebird A4
jamiethekiller@comcast.net
my band: woodland

Finally got my PC up. I have to scan my dynos. As sad as it is to admit, my car is running pretty bad NA. with this kit Bill doubled my HP that is 100% effieciency. The blower was taken off and the RAM AIR reconnected to the TB and i ran 139HP NA... I am at the point where i completely blame my RKSPORT headers. No matter how many gaskets i put at the Y's they blow out. My only resort now is to weld it. If i don't, the exhaust leaks and it kills my torque which is killing HP in a blown system as well. Once i weld the Y's i plan to do another dyno run. I would like to see how this thing compares on a M5 with 2.5" exhaust or 3" exhaust.
Anyways NA i ran 139RWHP and 174RWTQ
with the 10lb pulley which really came out to 8.5 psi (we need a smaller pulley for 10psi) i ran 269RWHP and 260RWTQ
As you can see something is really hurting my torque... i really beleieve it is due to a loss of Back preassure from the leaky Y pipes.
Anyone know where i can sign up on the law suit against RK Sport for their faulty header design?- Ryan
A.K.A BATMAN
\"Be part of the solution...
Not the problem\"
