Z28 injectors in my supercharged 3.8???

My friend installed new SVO injectors in his 98 Z28 and has his stock 28.6lbs/hr injectors for sale. I know they will fit in fine but with a supercharged setup would they be a good idea or should I stick with my stock injectors? I will have a Maft+ pretty soon but any suggestions on this?

There is a formula to calculating how much hp you can squeeze from your injectors. I suggest doing a search on google and seeing if those injectors will be big enough for the amount of hp you will be wanting to run. Another trick will be leaning out the mixture with the maft, or upping the fuel pressure with an adj. fpr. have fun!

Not sure if this has anything to do with nitrous but when 12secV6 put in bigger injectors and didnt reprogram the PCM he blew his motor

Nope, that is a general thing

DO NOT put injectors into your car without a reprogram.

And to be honest, dunno if anyone can really do that good of programming right now.

I know some GN guys just put a 7th injector, just like a nitrous nozzle, at the beginning of the manifold.

But on a N/A motor, you simply don't need more fuel.

For a supercharged setup, it all depends on how much boost you run. You might be able to get away w/ a bigger pump.
