Just ordered my 2.75 asp pulley with the horizontal grooves for the powerdyne. Should be here in 3 weeks. I ran the 14.0 with the regular belt routing and 6 psi pulley so hopefully I will see a nice improvement with the improved belt routing and new pulley!
I did a search and it looks like I need the 103" belt for this set-up.
Hope the stock injectors/boost-a-pump/and fmu are enough to keep up with the added boost.

Hey stranger, I thought you fell from the face of the earth. Haven't heard from you in a long time.
Your going to have to update your fuel and find a way to cool off the air coming in.
I just got a 2.9 pulley from SSM that's originally from ASP. It does have the side to side grooves but I took it to the shop last week and had one spiral groove added to it. Hopefully this would work find.
I am ditching the BAP and putting the in-tank Walbro 255 next week. I've heard so many people saying that it's way better to have in-tank. Injector is the same.
I'm still thinking about my options when it comes to intercooler. Woojong told me that he lost 3-4 psi from an air to air but got better HP.
So, did you do the JohnD wrap? Did you get a converter yet? What's new?
2.75 huh?..sweeeeet..the 2.9 is good for 9 - 10 psi so that should rock! ..like you said..just monitor the fuel system..and the timing!
i was just looking over Mighty Thor's post and yeah you're gonna have to cool that air..i didnt bother installing the boost timing controller on my car because it was totally fine at 6 psi..but when i jumped to 9 psi the incoming air was too hot and caused too much detonation..i had to back it down..so an intercooler (or nitrous or carbon dioxide as a chiller) is gonna pretty much be required unless you pull a CRAPload of timing which will just rob your power anyway..it'll be close too whether or not the stock injectors will be enough..it'll be interesting..you'll have to let us know how that pulley works out..im very interested
I thought that the powerdyne head unit in the kit topped out at like 10psi (isn't it like the bd-11a or something?). What's the upper range of boost/impellor rpms that the headunit from the kit can handle? Just for curiousity sake...

THe BD-11A is only second to PD'S XB-1a (gear driven)and it flow up to 900 cfm while the XB is up to 1200 cfm or slightly more higher.
I've seen some stang guys running 15psi reliably with the upgrade rebuilt kit, like the ones I just got, with the BD-11a. That's the highest I've heard so far. XB-1a can do 25psi or higher. But I heard the bearings are an issue.

Mighty Thor: Good to hear from you again! I haven't been around the boards in a long time. I just let the car sit around a lot for the last year. No new mods since the 14.0 run, just starting to mod again and thought i would start with this new pulley :D
No converter yet, and no john d wrap until I change pulleys.
I am planning on autotaping it after the pulley and see where its at. If needed Ill get the new fuel pump, injectors, and prob that hp tuners software.
I did a search and saw John D had sucess with the 2.75 so thats why I settled on that. I'm guessing the boost to be between 10-13psi with the new pulley based on what his results were with it.
I am clueless still about my intercooler options. I guess I will start looking into that next.
Whats new with your car, have you made any new track runs?

Hey what were your mods with the 13.6 supercharger time?? Thats awsome!
No more supercharger?
haha..dont let the 13.6 fool you..it was on 4 psi, and an 85 shot..however..it was also on the factory open 3.08, 3500 lbs. race weight, and street tires..not a bad time considering all that i guess..i want to put all that in my sig but the signature limit wont let me..i got rid of the blower because i was running really lean at the top end..i didnt know much about what i was doing at the time..so i later figured out it was because i was using a dry nitrous kit..so both the boost and the juice were utilizing the injectors to add more fuel..thats one of the reasons i switched to the direct port kit..it wont use the injectors to add more fuel..and i still plan on adding yet another powerdyne and running the combo at 6 psi and a 100 direct port shot..i figure that because my new mods are putting me around 15.0 flat if not high 14s NA.. running that setup should be good for solid low 12s if not high 11s once i get it tuned and all..4 psi took a full sencond off my time so i figure id run about what you do on just boost if i still had the blower..what pisses me off is that i JUST had one lol..it was 3 weeks old..i bought it for 2 grand off ebay..SUCH a good catch..but i put my car into a gaurd rail (just got it back) and i had to sell it in order to do the repairs..so i only had enough money for one power adder..thats why i went with the direct port kit cuz it will take more time off than the blower alone..and was about half the cost..but im still keepin my eyes open for another cheap blower..whats sick is that with your 2.75 pulley (and supporting mods) you'll probably be running about 13.6 on the blower alone..now thats gonna ROCK!

Thats too bad about the accident. Sounds like that will be a sweet setup once its all complete. How is that HP tuners software working out for you? Did you do any tuning with it when you had the blower on the car still? I'm hoping that will be a big help with tuning this thing after I up to boost.
2.75" pulley should give you around 10 psi, I'm running a 2.6" grooved pulley and I'm getting around 10 psi. I have the VS cam and ported/polished heads and intakes so it drops my boost a little. You will need to retard the timing a bit when you get past 8-9 psi. Good luck.
