I'm confused. I've seen like 30 different prices and a million different parts and services. What exactly is included in this deal, and what is the total cost? I can't get in on the beta test, but I'm VERY VERY VERY interested in it if it goes production. Thanks for puttin up with a stupid question!

    Here is what is included:
    (quoted from BATMAN)
Head unit will be: ATI P-1SC.This will be mounted on a custom bracket and will run off of the stock serpentine Belt. (We decided not to go with the P600B for the simple fact that there is too much custom work that adds unnecessary costs to the kit and the fact that the P-1SC is not only self contained, but it also can handle more boost later on) All you would have to do is change your oil every 6 months.

Intercooler - told bill I want this done with a 3-core intercooler . YOU should see the custom intercoolers he makes; much better than the LT1 ATI kit I have now.

Custom FMU tuned for the 3.8L

ALL the duct work will be professionally done. We are looking at using PCV instead of rubber (which is more durable) for connecting pipes in the ductwork. We are using metal pipes, mandrel bent in shape for all the duct work. All pipes will be tucked inside and hidden. You may even request pipes to be powdercoated a certain color.

For those of you who have ram air, you are going to love this: This kit is going to be designed so you can keep your ram air And for those who do not have ram air, will have the conventional option to have the filter be down by the driver's side Fog light. The fog lights will not be removed. IT will sit behind it for maximum air flow. Of course i guess you could even hook it up to the stock filter if you wanted.. for those of you who have done the "free ram air" mod.

    PCM Programming
If you want to run 10psi of boost you will also need to get the PCM Programmed.
    $600 for '00-up cars
    $500 for '99-below

    Cost
$4195, that does not include the PCM programming. The kit IS functional without the programming, but you will only be able to run in the 8-9psi boost range.

is that $4195 cost AFTER or BEFORE PCM programming? And does the cost include install?

From the note above, from TheBeast:
        Cost
$4195, that does not include the PCM programming...

From my understanding, you do the install.

For the beta testers, there will be phone assistance, maybe onsite as needed. For the commercial kit, there will most likely be a hotline you can call.

By the time the ten of us have gone off and installed ours separately, and run it for a year, the directions should be fairly comprehensive.

It will have detailed, easy to follow instructions (that your grandma can follow) if I remember Batman's earlier post correctly.
