I don't think so, I have a 2000 Camaro and the stock clutch is going out at 24k miles, I got it las year in may with only 10.5k miles. That clutch will no hold up to the extra power if you like to warm up the tires a little. If you shift easy and don't spinn em then it may last a few thousand miles.255/50R16 Tires, Pioneer Deck, Pioneer 4 Way speakers, PPI Amps, JL subs, Spec Stage 3 Clutch, Optima Yellow Top

Eh, mine didn't handle low 14's at high 90's, it would slip at the top end, and would slip under tons of boost. A spec 3 handled it like whoa, and felt stockish. My stock clutch wouldn't hold more than 7psi, but at the time the turbo went on, it had like 90k miles on it.
A stage 5 is a bit much for a street driver. I know there are stories about so and so who drives x miles on their stage 5 every day, but you just don't need it. a stage 3 will hold plenty of power, and is a bit more streetable. My stage 3 ceramic is awesome, and has no problems handling whatever i throw at it.1998 Camaro, Arctic White

Garrett P-Trim T04 turbo

348rwhp, 379.5rwtq @ 10psi

Stage 5.. I cant imagine the chattering that would do.. Yeah stage 3 all the way.. I love mine.. It shifts hard and feels like a stock clutch but I dislike the chatterring..Jeff ..

stage 5 is way overkill imo. the stage 3 is capbale of handling the power but isnt to outragious for the street. i have an auto and i know that :D .2001 Arctic White Firebird With Black Drop Top

3:42 Gears
Zexel LSD
BMR upper A-Arms
Trans Am exhaust with 3\" I-pipe and cutout
Modified intake
Mecham Hood
Trans Go shift kit
Making rear control arms and panhard

hehe, yeah I like to let the smoke outta the tires every once in a while. LOL I have a open diff with 3.08's so the torque fights the clutch a little more, plus I have 255/50r16 Tires that grip much better.255/50R16 Tires, Pioneer Deck, Pioneer 4 Way speakers, PPI Amps, JL subs, Spec Stage 3 Clutch, Optima Yellow Top
