Yes, but that was 70,000 miles at 10-12 psi. The 15 psi pulley is on the supercharger but the supercharger is in my garage; the car has been running naturally aspirated all winter (when I even drive it--I've put less than 500 miles on the car since July when I bought my Corolla). I won't know reliability figures until the charger goes back on the car in a few weeks. Heck, for all I know, I could blow something apart the first day I drive it...

Just be sure and have some forged pistons and rods, on order with some bigger injectors, just in case
i have the 2004 forged GTP connecting rods and the Diamond Coated and forged 8.5:1 c/r pitons and getting 57 lb/hr injectors

that should do for 30 psi....

You shouldn't need to go over 50 lb. The Intense Turbo GTP only uses 50lb injectors. Be sure and have a Walbro fuel pump either a 255lph or a 340lph.

My dad's 327 is at 7.6:1 compression I believe and he's going to run 15lbs all day long Different type of supercharger though...

Ahh I haven't read their progress on the site in a while. I do know the stock injector map maxes out somewhere between 9-11psi. If anyone is running high boost they should upgrade injectors, and the fuel pump, just to be safe. A lean engine is a blown engine in more cases than not.

my pcm is being custom programed for the injectors and the LT1 MAF, cause the stock one maxes b/f the 20 PSI and i told them i would be running at 20 PSI so the can calibrate for that, also i will get a dyno tune frmo them in 2005 if they ar not to far of a drive and that way its a perfect tune, untill then ill just have them make adjustment and send my pcms lol ill get a dyno chart to them so they can use those and som auto tap info, so with that they should be able to get me close with out ever seen the car, then again it might be a lost cuase and i have to try
