Rksport makes the kit...powerdyne makes the blower unit. You can buy it at a few places.
The mach performance kit uses a different blower and I think it may be mounted (forward) and driven off of a modified(auxiliary) crank mounted pulley with its own belt. It think the blower is gear driven...it may have it's own resevoir or come with oil feed tube for oil pan. not sure...they don't tell you much about the kit at the website.
If the machperformance website had more /better webpage about the kit it would sure be easier to compare the two kits.

It is a gear driven unit so it requires an oil feed line. there is more potential in the mach kit but fewer people have it so there would be very little help for you about what you should do and it would be up to you to try new things. If you can get a used RK kit for 3k or less go for it. it is the easiest install ever and offers very decent gains. Safe as you make it. The 3.8's are tough engines, and don't like giving in as long as you maintain it. You'll be fine boosting 6-10 intercooled. But anything over that you may want to buy a block and start building it with forged internals just incase.94 Firebird 3.4 - RIP<br />97 Firebird 3.8 - In the works
