I already own a T26 Turbo, its sittin in my garage right now. I found an entire 2003 GTP for 650$, been hit in the rear. I was thinkin about buying it and using the charger, injectors, and the fuel pump off of it. Will the charger work on our cars? The only problem i see would be that the intake will be facing the cab.Sounds crammed.
If turbo i was thinking about running it under the car.
Let me know what u think
Read my liscenceplate Frame Corvettenet.com

2000 Y87 Pewter A4
MODS:Tuned,3.73, SLP CAI, K&N offroad aircharger intake,Custom Plexi-glass Ram Air Box, Red Caliper ,Stage 2 Jet PCM, 3 inch Borla XR-1 Catback,ZR1 Rims Kuhmo 712s,MSD 8.5 SC wires
the GTP blowers will not fit in out cars without cutting part of the windshield out. you can guess how many people have done it I bet lol. as for a rear mount turbo, see the thread below ya
you have a bunch of expensive parts you could sell. that 2003 engine alone would be a great find for many grand prix owners who whant a L67. those gp l36 are not easy to adapt to 167. (heads, intake...bunch of stuff.) it is far easier to put in an entire l67 swapp if the price is right....so basically...no, the L67 does not fit in an f body but you could build yourself a nice grand prix (fwd car) or sell the engine and come out ahead.

what is diferent in a L67 from L36?
theres' always somebody out to prove people wrong and has sucessfully installed a gtp sc in a f-body, we just have to fing the crazy dude.
how much of the windshield would have to be cut?
what other mods would be necessary besides the windshield cut?
It just seems like if an f-body can hold an LS1, a gtp sc on a 3.8 should not be a problem. we just haven't figured out how to do it.

Well that is cuz a GTP blower sits on top of the engine, therefore makes problems clearance wise. An LS1 isn't as tall as a 3.8 with a blower on top
