Im sure CAI can, but im sure theyll also charge you over $1000 for a custom header job, and you dont have a car for them to fabricate their design on, thats the whole problem. The flanges are $120 plus shipping a piece. They are very expensive to make, most likley over $300 to design and make just one if you were to go to a machine shop yourself.
Mighty Thor: I had to put the project on hold for a few weeks, I got sideswiped on New Years Eve, and am waiting for my car to get fixed.

Thanks for the imput formula, I was just thinking if we got a buch of people interested, and commited, like a group purchase, the price might go down?Turbocharged and intercooled.
17psi(oops), stock fuel pump, no FMU
http://www.cardomain.com/id/phoenix64
Video: ftp://ftp.pfabrication.com Assorted car ****: TurboCamaroFull.

actually, I think there are only 5 left. If all 5 were to be sold at the same time, im sure I could get the price down $10 each, but that is the absolute lowest I can go. They are actually at the machine shop. He kept them incase I needed extras, but he wanted a little over $100 per flange.

Here is a pic of what they look like.
If I can get an indefinate interest, I can talk to him and see what he will do. He has the cad plan still saved for future flanges, but I am unsure of the price. Of course the more taht are purchased at 1 time, the cheaper the price is. Let me know guys.

Could you explain how that flange works. Does it bolt to the head, then the headers bolts to the flange, then can you use aftermarket grand national headers, or do you need stock manifolds? Do they fit with no modifications, and how hard was it to get the exhaust out the back? Also do the flanges impeed flow, (any disadvantages at all)? How is acess to the spark plugs?
Thats all I can think of for now.

The only use of the flanges that I have are to make your own headers. Someone said about taking a stock cast manifold and modifying it. That was my original plan until I found out that it is not easy to weld cast to steel. My only option was to have a steel exhaust flange made so I could have the GN header adapted to fit our engine. Welding steel to steel is much safer and durable then steel to cast. It bolts up to the head perfectly, and is perfectly skimmed flat. You can get tubes and make your own "log" style header. You dont need what I have, but it makes life alot easier if you were to make your own header(s).New Car--- 2000 Trans Am M6--SLP Lid, K7N Filter, 160 degree Thermostat, Loudmouth Exhaust, Smooth bellows, MAF ends, ASP Pulley, 4.10 gears, Y2K Chrome Vette Wheels, 2\" drop.. so does anyone have pics of Grand prix headers?
After seeing pics, I don't think there is anyway to make GP headers work.

Why doont you just make a twin turbo and swwitch the manifolds to the other sid so that they are facing the other way. Yes you would to buy another turbo but it would make every a lot easier and give more room..

So your flange bolted up to say, a RK Sport Header, would that work? What are RK's made of? Ill try to explain this again. The flange is only so you have a starting point to make a header. You take the flange(which bolts up perseftly to the head)and weld tubes onto it, and then a collector onto the tubes. I will shou youa pic of my passenger side header off of the car. I cut the flange that bolts up to the head off of the Grand National header, and had the turbes redone to fit on the flange that I made. I hope people are catching my drift. This flange does not bolt up to the turbo, it is a starting point for custom headers.

I have contacted CIA about this before. He said he would be able to make a set of turbo headers if I brought my car down. He would have to make the headers on the car. I live in Utah so that wont work.

The flange Formulao96 can get you bolts up directly to the heads on your car. From there, you can weld on the exhaust collecting tubes anyway you want to. I don't see what is so complicated. It is just one peice of the header.

Have you actually looked under your hood to see if that would work? You have too much stuff in the way, especially on the drivers side.
phoenix64, I'm not sure why you would want to use Grand Prix Headers? To route a turbo to the front, it will have to be a custom job with at least one custom header. Yo'r best bet, in my opinion, is to get a local shop to make you one, or get the flange from Formulao96 and a welder and go to town.99\' Black Camaro SS
M6/T-Tops - SLPLid w/K&N | Hurst Billet Plus w/ LSS | EGR Mod
Black 97\' Camaro T-Tops (RIP)

The reason I suggested GP headers, is that someone else said it might work(but they obvously don't). I think I'm going to talk to CIA and have mabey have them do something, but not for a while. Formula I undestand what the flanges are for, they are to make your own custom headers. Another dumb question, what is to stop you from turning your manifolds upside down? like some V8's have done.
