My first question would be about the pcv bypass....I am going to do a s/c and i was wondering about this....i read most of it I can on graymans website and how to do it and all but I was wondering about the valve filter....would the zzp one go on my valve cover or would I need to get new covers? Next what would be the best way to manage the s/c for example use the cone filter, use the stock lid or what? What would give me the best results...looked that on graymans website as well but want more information. Another thing would be fuel managment. My goal would be doing 9 psi, rebuild the engine with abbott p&P heads, intake and the boost cam with lobe of 115 220/220 515/515 so on not exact right I dont think....What should i do for furture upgrades? Like I know i am going to do the fuel pump in the trunk but I am going to start off with 6 psi and just get everything right and fuel management then I upgrade.....I really just need to know what size injectores and other fuel management parts I should get to start off with for the 6 psi s/c?

The valve filter or breather just go on the oil spout. You don't really need to do anything with the valve cover.
I use to use cone for a number of years then I went with whisper lid and ram air kit. I was the first one to do this here. The reason why I did this was because the cone was close to the engine and it was sucking up the hot air from there.
The whisper lid with ram air works a lot better than the cone. It sucks up the cold air and it gets dirty really quick, so that means it's working great.
You got alot of things going for you. Just start with 6psi for now and tune well for it. Stock injectors works well for it as long as you have FMU. Even at 9-10psi you are still OK. But 12psi and up you may want to ditch the FMU and get a 36 injectors.
The maximum boost I've heard PD is doing is 15psi. That's with the upgraded bearings and kevlar belt.

Alright so I should go out and get a fmu for the s/c.....I was also reading on other posts about using a v8 whisper lid instead of the v6 cause its in the middle not on the side but is this lid shorter so I can put a tube around it cause I dont want to use the cone but use the lid instead2002 Firbird,
STS GT35mm-61 Turbo, HP Tuners, 3.73,UMI LCAS,UMI Panbar
Nitto NT555R P245/50R16 96v, NGK spark plugs t55, transgo shift kit, Jet servo

the stock v6 lid will work. a v6 whisper lid can work as well. (take a look at mighty thor's home page for pics of super charger intake hooked up to a whisper lid)
A v8 lid (must be whisper...stock v8 will not hook up) fits the best.
try using the stock v6 lid first. shave the inside of lid so that it is smooth. check out my site.

ok...as for the whisper lid..
check out the pics on my site in the 'adapting different year kits' guide. one of the pics is of a 98-2002 powerdyne kit. look at the discharge tubing and how it loops over the airbox with a U bend and then into the TB. that type of arrangment will not work with ANY airbox or airbox lid. In the case of a brand new kit it must be (discharge tubing) modified to feed the TB from below..(behind the radiator not on top of it). If you get a used kit that is from a 94-97 then the discharge tubing needs to be modified anyway. either way it does ot cost much money to get a few silicone reducers and elbows and aluminum tubing from ebay to rig up your custom tubing.
I am not positive that their is enough room witha whisper lid and the straight TB but it seems like the neck on the whisper lid could be cut down. Either way..look at my pics again...with the stock airlid and the straight TB the only way it fits is because the flex tubing (blower intake coming from airlid) and the silicone reducing elbow feeding the TB both 'squish' just a little...enough for eveything to fit even if the hood is down. it actually works real good.
either way, though...even if you get a 98-2002 kit you can always hook it up with the cone filter and rksport discharge tubing and then build a custom setup for the intake and discharge when you feel like it.
