Supercharging a 3.1 L

Hey! Is it possible! i was just wondering. Anyway i already asked at the third gen forum so dont move this there. Just wondering if any of you guys knew anything about this thanx!

Not sure if this would be entirely possible, but didn't some of the early 90's grand prixs come with a 31.l turbo, that might also be an option.

tes in 90 an d91 the GP came with a 3.1 turbo, it was very rare and to be honest the number on it werent that good, something like 165hp? i think, it wasnt much more than that.

The Turbo Grand Prix or TGP as most of us TGP owners call it had 205 HP and a torque managed 225 ftlb of torque. At the bottom of the page I have a link to a dyno sheet for a turbo 3.1 that made 202 HP and 275 ftlbs of torque at the wheels and that's just with the torque management removed and on 8 psi. Unfortunately it will not work for a RWD application due to the location of the turbo.
