  • Powerdyne dimensions please?

Would someone please post the dimensions of the Powerdyne head unit? From looking at Ironman's procharger install pics pulley-side width and scroll-side width the headunit is about 6 x 8 inches on the pulley side and 8 x 8 on the scroll side. What I'm looking for is:

    1. Depth of the entire unit, from the outboard side of the pulley to the the outboard side of the scroll

    2. How far the pulley extends from the mounting points, and how far the pulley extends from the body of the SC

    3. How far the scroll extends from the mounting points

    4. About how far does the discharge tube extend from the body of the scroll

    5. Can you rotate the scroll so the discharge can be at any angle you want?

That's about all the measurements I can think of.

I would like to make a mock-up, probably out of cardboard, to experiment with mounting options. Thanks!

I do know you can rotate the scroll to about any angle. Found that out when replacing the belt and took the scroll off too. Took me alittle bit to find the right angle again. If I get some time today I'll see what I can do about the dimensions.

      OFF Topic:
Steve are you replacing all 4 bearings?
I know that the two where the belt would be are easy to replace but the other two at the opposite ends are a bit more tricky. It does require a press and some balancing.

I ordered a kit off of ebay with the Abec7 bearings and a new belt. I think I'll wait until the bearings go out then replaced them. I just wanted them on hand.
