    don;t drill a bigger hole.

i think you said you have a 3/8 tap with 16 threads per inch. that is the plug you want. seriously, hex plugs like this are everywhere. they are used as 'set' screws and carbeurator plugs and for blocking un used holes in intake manifolds and as plugs for un used mounting holes in engine blocks, etc. If you live in the deep boonies with no stores around then...i can see you having a problem. If you live anywhere near any real population density then you should be able to find them. I got mine at my nearby family owned small ace hardware store. autozones should have them as well. sometimes auto stores have there specialty fittings behind the counter.

try printing the pic from my websit and take that around with you.

I have a 1/4 threaded pipe plug that almost fits but doesnt really go....I have asked around and no one seems to have it except advance auto parts...If I drill a bigger hole then the tab would be too small...

You dont drill anything for tha, its not a 1/4 plug, you need a 3/8x16 set screw found at any hardware store

You can just do it the way grayman has it on his site or the way I did it. Which is removing the TB and pluging the hole at the intake. You will need a breather once you plug the hole.

I got mine at ace hardware so I am sure that home depot or lowes will have it, and that is the name ( they will know)
