As of right now there isn't any. I tried looking for that 94 S10 truck for you with a custom water to air intercooler with a 9lbs PD.
Anyway, you would lose boost especially with air to air due to all that piping and with the PD any intercooler, you wouldn't see that much gain or none at all due to the boost level. I believe intercooler is more effective at high boost.
You could try what I did and put a Water or Alcohol injection. The gain is good, I wouldn't say great and it does cool off the inlet charge. The only thing I don't like is you have to refill it and if your going to use water it better not be tap.
I took it off when I had my car smog and I've been lazy to put it in. Who knows I might just do N2O as an intercooler, and ditch it.
This where I got mine: www.smcenterprises.com tell them that you have a low boost supercharger and they'll custom make one for you.

I would be careful about not seeing good results with using an intercooler at low boost. At only 9 psig boost and 100% compressor efficiency (which there isn't), the outlet temperature is going to be around 480F. I know that Dominic probably has knowlege of this. Typically, the pressure drop across a intercooler might be 2 psi, but the temperature drop might be over 200F, drastically increasing the charge density and the net performance.1995 Firebird 3.8 A4, 140,000 miles and going strong
Basically Stock, college=poor
Junior Mechanical Engineering Student: Milwaukee School of Engineering; Cpl, MN Army National Guard...just got promoted :)

not with the powerdyne unit...people have been getting belt slippage when they go above 6psi, so this problem would have to be fixed, as wellYour sig is the most important part of your message. Make sure that you list EVERY single thing that you have done to your car so that we can all go \'oooh!\' and \'Ah!\'. Please make your sig consistently longer than anything else you post. Please include your lengthy sig with EVERY single post you make during a reply, even if you only reply with a monosyllable grunt.

9lbs is not actually considered low but medium (1-6 psi is low, 7-11 psi is medium, 12 psi and over is high) and yeah an intercooler would work fine.
But getting a 9 psi from PD is just about impossible. As a matter of fact you won't even see 9 at all.
....Boost is lost not from the pulley but when air passes thru. the intercooler. I talked to PD about this and I think it was Sam, he said they may develop and intercooler for their XB-1a.

would likely get better results w/ a small shot of nitrous or some alky injection at such a low boost.2001 75th Anniversary V6 Pewter Firebird w/ Chrome Wheels, T-Tops, & Y87
Mods: Free Ram Air, !Silencer, Holley Filter, Full 3\" Hooker Catback, 3\" Cat
Best time: 15.095 at 90.00 MPH with a 2.127 60\'
