just curious if anyone has spoken with them. I tried calling about 6 times this week. Always got the answering machine. Started on tues and never received a call back concerning my refund I was told would be mailed out on 01/13/03. Called back again last week and they said something about credit card processes having to go thru then it'd go out on monday. nothing from fedex yet. And they haven't returned my calls. Please could someone shed some light on the matter if you know they're out of the shop for a whole week or what? Appreciate any info and would like to get this resolved with as little trouble as possible.

I talked to them last Wed. and they said that they were going to be out of the shop the rest of the week due to a competition that Bill is going to or sponsoring. And I think they said they would be back in Mon - Feb 09.

Thanks SkyHawk, I talked to Bill a week or so ago and he told me the same thing. Don't worry he, will get the money to you. I am planning to call him today....not sure if he is back today or not. By the way, there haven't been an updates because i don't want to get people's expectations up because as soon as i give updates, people want dates for the next thing. I am tired of being burned. I give dates out and it never ends up happening. So this time... i refuse to jinx myself. I have been told when its going to be finished and its not that far away, but i refuse to post it because i want it finished this time. AS soon as i know for sure its completely done, the beta testers and the members of this board will be the first to know. I will have pictures too.

Well whenever it comes out I'm sure it will be worth the wait. Just imagine yourself to be one of the few with an intercooled ATI. Dang that's got to be special.
bill should be getting back to day or thursday, he was going to be out of town feb 6-12, went out to, nevermind not sure if he wants the world to know.
is he working on something for the 3.8? what he was able to do with the 4.3L was amazing :eek:
well that answers my question as to why I still have yet to receive a call back for the past 1.5 weeks. wish I would have known that he was out of town.

OK - I AM REALLY STARTING TO WONDER ABOUT THESE GUYS.....3 WEEKS AND NO CALL BACK. 4 LEFT MESSAGES, STILL NO CALL BACK. SURELY THEY AREN'T WORKING ON THE ATI KIT SO MUCH THAT THEY CAN'T PICK UP A PHONE? Sorry for typing in all caps, but this is aggravating. Has anyone else talked to Mach Performance recently? this is BS.. maybe you wanna contact the BBB up there in Michigan.. after a month and a half you should have your money or at least a phone call to tell you why it isnt there yet..

I just called in an attempt to contact them for you and i too got their answering machine. I would make one last attempt at contacting them. Let them know in the message you leave that you will be contacting their state authorities that handle business complaints and possibly seeking legal action(only fair warning to them) Its obvious they know you have been trying to reach them. Even Batman admited they were out for a few days, but this has grown to be a servere problem and impacts their credibility very badly.
Batman, if you are not able to aid in resolving this matter then it seems almost necessary for some sort of legal action against mach performance to resolve this matter.
