Is Mach Performance still around?

Hey, i talked to him on WEDNESDAY... he said he is going to get the money to you ASAP. He said that technically he doesn't have to do it till the Kit is released or even at all, BUT because he said he is going to refund the money to you that he will do it when gets back Monday. He is busy with Autorama and is not answering calls till Monday. He has way to much to do and all the calls he keeps getting is destracting him from getting any real work done.

Right now all the nuts and bolts have been worked out. Testing and dyno tuning will beging on Monday. He is calling manufactures and getting part numbers associated with various parts from the kit. He is working with the manufactures to get them to commit to a max 2 week delay for part when ordered. THis takes time since the manufacturers are calling him back almost 3-4 days after he makes the call. Basically all the final things are being worked out.

I am meeting with Bill next week for dinner to discuss a check list to make sure everything is done that needs to be done and to discuss a time line for everything that is left to do ( getting part numbers, getting the parts ordered and kits put together, getting pictures and creating documentation for the install...etc)

IF silver does not have his money back by then, i will make sure Bill brings me the money so i can mail it to you personally.

Remember Silver00, technically Bill doesn't have to give the money back because the kit is done and you aren't buying one...thats a breach right there. THE ONLY REASON he is giving you the money back is because he felt like it. Techinally and legally acording to the receipt and the aggreement you went by as a beta tester initially, he doesnt owe you anything. You and I both know the conversation you had on the phone with Bill. You and I both know that the reason you don't want a kit now is because you went out and bought an LS1. That is not Bill's fault, but he is still being nice and aggreed to send you the money back. I suggest you calm down and wait till monday. Call him around 12:00 - 12:30 in the afternoon EST. he doesn't get in till then because he is up till 4:00AM or 5:00AM in the morning working on cars.

IF you do not get a hold of him, call me. You have my number in the initial e-mails i sent you.

You are not a beta tester and you have no business with Mach Performance or myself. Silver00 is a big boy and we are all mature adults. If Silver00 can't get a hold of Bill, he has my number and he can get a hold of me. We working very hard to get things done as fast as possible. You have no idea how much time its taking because a lot of thought is going into this kit to make sure its safe and reproducable and affordable. You are not here in Michigan. YOU do not know what BIll is doing or not doing. IF you are going to make any accusations or assumptions, i suggest you come up here and take a look at the work being done before you open your mouth again.

If you can't afford to come up here and verify what is going then i suggest you SHUT IT. :mad:

If you want to post in Forced Induction, it better be a question about a product, or discussing about the product. IF i see any post from you relating to the Beta Test I will talk to Stefan or TealV6 myself and make sure you won't be able to post here or in any other forum at this site again.

While he waits for manufactures or parts, he just doesn't sit there and wait for money to fall off the money tree. The shop is his source of income. Both him and his wife work there. When he is waiting for parts or people to call him back, he works on other cars and projects. Thats how buisness is done. You don't let time go to waste. Please go to school or college or something and learn something before you open your mouth... your ignorance has gone beyond the point of entertainment and is starting to annoy me.

any one heard of a verbal contract being legally binding.. well they are so aint that a *****. after 1 month of dicking around a refund takes about 5 minutes at most to do. i did them all the time at my last job.. excuses are getting old

so your telling me that for a month they cant answer the phone...right.. phone call would take about 5 min at most. for being such mature adults not answering the phone seems kinda childish especially when you are dealing with large sums of money for some people.

since it sounds like you could care less about the community maybe you should ban yourself, and just stop showing up. You've got a problem against people helping us out, and I personally dont like it. No offense to you, but i think you should just refrain from posting anything. If the position was different you would speak with a totally different demeanor. You have nothing pivitol to say, so how about you just keep shut that big opinionated mouth of yours. :rolleyes:

No body is whining about anything. He was told something was going to take place and it didnt. Dont confuse his concern for being a whiney baby. So how about you go back to your other posts and stay out of this one. Your comments are very counter-productive.

In all honesty, I was trying to stay out of the procharger threads until I start getting the run around. Unlike you Batman, I don't let myself get pushed around. I was told on January 13th that I would be receiving a refund. I was also informed that it'd go out next day via fedex. So I call back 2 weeks later. Oh we're waiting on credit card processes to go through it'll go out next monday. That monday was at the beginning of 3 weeks ago. I have called the shop numerous times, left 4 or 5 messages. Still no call back to either one. Sorry but I don't like being avoided and was tired of being shafted as I said earlier - hence I go and make a post being nice @ first. After a few weeks you have to stop being patient. I had given him more than a month to follow through with his word and he hasn't. Not even a measly phone call. That would have sufficed, you know an explanation to me what of what the hold up was. And to you two {v6maro & SLOWBRAEATER) send me $300 each of yall since you seem to think that 300 aint ****. I'll give it back to ya in say 10 months....well that is if I get around to calling ya to send it to ya. Until you're in the situation I'm in, I suggest u chat da fuk up! If you want to reply go ahead and talk your smack...but since I have been told already that the $ will be going out on monday i will just leave it as it stands now....unless of course on Monday when I call Bill there is no answer or my $ is not out. pff nice one. im all for this kit and i even thought about signing up cause i thought a company would be prompt and get things done in a timely fashion. if this was somebody working on the kit in there garage on weekends then i could see this taking a long time...

ever heard of MTI..yeah they are my local shop. and for the right price they will do anything i need. just like any other shop nationwide
