I know this topic was brought up before and I read all the posts. I bought GTP injectors installed them and from what the other posts say it should fit fine. They are the exact size as the stock when you sit them up on edge but when you everything is installed it looks as the injectors aren't fully in the manifold bore. They look sealed but you can see the o-ring. The only difference in the injectors that I can find is the o-ring on the GTP is a little bit higher up on the injector on the manifold side. I know some people had to shorten the fuel rail but that was for 2000+ from what the other posts say. Any opinions?

I installed them in my 96' and they work fine. When I first installed mine it didn't look like they were going to seal. Now 6 months later and no leaks from them, I think their going to be fine. I put in GTP #36 injectors on my 99 and they looked seated as you described. My injector rails are tightened down good, but it seems it's not a tight of fit as the origionals. I have run this way for a month now, even at 9psiof boost and not one problem. I wouldn't worry about it.Jessica :)
Kansas: There\'s no place like home...99 Firebird Blown/6lbs, Eaton w/3.42\'s CI headers Z28 Exaust
CAI, #36 injectors Intense PCM
