Dude, your going to F-up your car thinking your going to save a few dollars, and in the end your just going to screw up your car and spend even more. Just get one of the ones that are already availble or wait for the #2 turbo group purchase.

this has been answered several times on this site. use the search option and you will find it. search for like m90, or roots supercharger, or something pertaining to what you are looking for and it will answer you question the same way as Coriya71 did.

This actuatally can be done, but it would take a bit of planning and lots of other modifications, its not a bad idea, it probably would cost just as much as going with tiagos turbo setup.

unless you were to do it all yourself it may be cheaper, but the roots chargers really arnt all that great without a good cam, and small pulley

The amount of work that entails putting a roots style blower in a 4th gen isnt worth it IMO. Additionally, roots style blowers produce alot of heat, which is a big turn off to me.

If you go with a centrifugal-style blower, you can intercool it, and get better results for the money you'd invest.

Theres always doing a turbo set up too-

You can get a good intercooler system for roots blowers at intense-racing.com. I assume you are referring to the blower that should have been on every 3.8 liter made the M90 eaton? I wish it was a bolt on that would be really cool but the only real problem is space inside that engine bay.

YA great idea -- notch the car for the blower, then add a 2" intercooler and you'll need to notch it even more!

Just give up now, and trust us. Or forget about it, ***** and moan, and come back when it won't fit. The best thing you could do is make an adapter plate and run the thing up front, with the right-angle-outlet pipe. A guy on a Z28 did something similar with a Lightning blower.
