Stock Manifold...

I've benn reading a lot about the custom turbo setup by Formulao96, and it got me to thinking...Would it be all possible to use the stock manifolds? Bring the drivers side pipe across, under the tranny and then forwards to connect to the passenger side pipe also heading forwards, then on to the turbo and back out, right along side the pipe headed forwards?

Just a thought, looks like there'd be room.
Any ideas/suggestions?

If I'm wrong shoot me down, but please explains why, I'd like to know.

They are cast manifolds. You would be able to use your driver side manifold, but it's really worthless to try and modify your passenger side manifold to accomplish this. You will need to get a custom passenger side header. You just need some room to route the exhaust gas to the front of the engine, then back again.

Is there no room without it modified? Would it hang too low?

the passanger side header points to the back of the engin and they are made out of cast metal (you cant weld these any) You would have to have like a 180 deg turn on the pipe to send it to the front (not a good design at all)
