i forget who, but there is a setup for a carberator that has a "cryo-bar" on the fuel rail to cool the fuel. it isnt so much to make the fuel cold, but to keep it a consistent teperature. it is really only for race use i guess, but it is the same idea that was discussed earlier. all that this does is combat the transmission of engine bay heat to the fuel. your fuel will get hot in the engine bay no matter what, but if you have a cooler " like a cool can, or a cryo-bar" then the fuels temp is actually stabilized. ;)
