  • Interest in a kit

Who would be interested in buying a kit that came with foreward sweeping headers, external wastegate, non-intercooled or intercooled, 3-in downpipe connected directly to exhaust through engine compartment, and no ground clearance problems, all the fuel stuff, and custom tuning?
    Turbocharged and intercooled.<br />17psi(oops), stock fuel pump, no FMU<br /> <a href=\"http://www.cardomain.com/id/phoenix64\" target=\"_blank\">http://www.cardomain.com/id/phoenix64</a> <br />Video: <a href=\"ftp://ftp.pfabrication.com\" target=\"_blank\">ftp://ftp.pfabrication.com</a> Assorted car ****: TurboCamaroFull.

So.. delete AC for room for the downpipe. Change to 36 lb injectors and LT1 MAF and tune with HPtuners?

no from what i saw on one turbo setup there is room to rout the exhaust down on the passenger side sorta over the engine to get back down to the cat. i think it was teufel's setup.

No slamming on you or anything but we had alot of guys telling us about kits and it was a no show. Only Tiago came through.

First, show us pictures of the kit.

Second, describe what the kit has.

            Third, beta test it.

            Fourth, lay out a price.

Fifth, you have to be able to mass produce it.

I think thats the common sense on what the perfect kit for any car would be. I'm sure it would be way too much for a person to buy the kit from you

If you want the perfect kit you must build it.

I'm at school, I don't know if the car is done or not, I wont be checking on it for a couple of weeks. Anyways, the guy was going to make a kit, but has since decided that he will only do another one if you bring the car to him.

He makes everything himself, including the flanges.

The cost was 600 for the turbo, 120 for the wastegate, 250 for pipes, and 1500 for all the rest of the labor, including installing fuelpump, and everything else for the kit. He will intercool it for about 500$. Oh and the exhaust is 3in mandrel bent downpipe connected to the cat.

As always with cars, there is more to it than you think initialy. Its taking a while, but I'm happy with it though, the quality of the work is even better than I thought it would be.
