I'm running the stock computer, stock tune, running 10-12psi, and i've never had a code come up. So the answer is, you don't have to do anything.

For about 3 years I was running a stock computer with stock tune with bigger injectors and a FMU and larger pump. It worked out pretty well. This setup didn't have any problem with 10psi either.

I've recently built and installed a megasquirt fuel controller ( http://www.megasquirt.info ). It works outstandingly. I put in even larger injectors, ditched the FMU, and now I can tune for any boost or non-boost condition and get the fuel where I want it. It's much more consistant and clean compared to the FMU. So my stock computer is only controlling ignition and other things like A/C compressor and such. But the megasquirt does everything fuel related. I just need to take the bulb out of the SES light ;)
