dude chill, hes allowed to make his own decision about whether or not he wants his money back. you prolly said that in anger and didnt really mean it, but what your talking about and what hes talking about are pretty different.

Man who are you talking to? I was in the Army for seven years! My grandmother died when I was overseas, so you can take that crap somewhere else.
Besides what does that have to do with anything? Im sick of the lack of customer service! The almost year long delays are more than I care for.
I just happen to send Tiago an email on the 22nd stating I want a refund, then magically my intercooler ships the 23rd, DHL manages to deliver this one 5 days later with no delays :rolleyes: . Coincidence? I think not!

Tiago was not the one shipping out the IC's, so don't even start this sh*t. Tiago's been furious for quite a while at how long this crap has taken and I've heard about it from him. If you think it is HIS fault that it took these things this long to get off, it ISN'T. Why would I get mad at DHL, I didnt purchase the kit from them. Everyone just wants to point fingers. Where are the pipes? Did DHL lose those as well? Last I heard one of you guys had the flanges and were welding the pipes up, which was well over a month ago. Who would you like to blame that on? What about all the connectors and lines? Havent got those yet either!
Either way it doesnt matter whos at fault, Tiago and FFF were who I purchased the kit from and thats who I blame for the delays, and thats who Im going to get my money back from.

I have emailed him. As well as given him my phone numbers. I am saying I dont want my kit, how is that starting anything? I never bashed anyone, Im just sick of the delays and would prefer my money.
You act like if I dont completely agree or have a legitimate gripe than I should take it off the forum, because its FFF and thats bad publicity or something.
This whole ordeal makes me upset and has killed any enjoyment I would have received from this kit, therefore I dont want it any more.
