Would a supercharger from a Grand Prix or Bonneville work? Since all of our engines are 3800? A few people told me it would, but I want to see what you guys think because at the moment i don't have any money to be wasting. If it'll work I can get one from a junk yard for fairly cheap. Let me know guys.

It would work, it's just making it fit that will be a bit*h. Ya know how our engine are shoved up under the dash? Yeah, thats the problem bc thier s/c sits on top of the motor.

So is it actually possible to make it work? Like can you locate the superchager somewhere else? Like hmmmm, how do I put it (sorry I'm a newbie with technical car stuff) Can't I put the supercharger backwards in front of the engine so that way it still fits witht he belts? Know what i'm trying to say? I don't know how else to put it...thanks for being patient.

No the supercharger on the front wheel drive 3800s is mounted to the lower intake. Without a TON of work it's not going to work, but is "technically" possible.
So pretty much my only option for a supercharged Firebird is to buy a Powerdyne Procharger for like $3500 unless i put a lot of money in to make a GTP or Bonneville charger work? :(

i'd go with the turbo if i were you (you get more for your money)

You don't HAVE to buy a kit for forced induction, it's just the easy way.
