Eaton M90 on a V6 Firebird?

I was wondering if there was any way an Eaton m90 supercharger would fit on the 3800 Series Firebird. a GM Dealership said no because the engine layout is totally different, but i've heard that it can. Any ideas? or should i try to find a used powerdyne? Thanks for helpin out!!

I'm not 100% sure about the capatability (sp?) with an F-Body 3800, you'd have to at least swap the heads along with the intake/fuel rails and all. But! there is the question about clearance of the firewall? since the throttle body would be located at the back of the charger. Piping the intake would be a b**** and cutting away the firewall may be only way around it? Not sure? [img]graemlins/stickpoke.gif[/img]

it can but it will require much more money than any centrifugal setup. the problems are clearance with the cowl and the firewall. since the intake on the supercharger is facing the firewall you will have to do some cutting on the firewall and some inventive piping and you will also have to cut into your cowl because it is too tall. there is a special one from holden in austrailia that shouldnt have the problem with the firewall but it is expensive to ship and hard to get. just stick with a turbo or centirfugal supercharger and read the first post in this thread http://www.camarov6.com/ubb/ultimate...c;f=4;t=001883
