Its pointless to try to get an answer from them within any reasonable time.

I still have not got a tracking number. YOu would think if you pay someone over $5,000 they would at least have the courtesy to give you a fricken tracking number, so you know when you car is going in the shop.

Easy guys.. MrC, you can refrain from the name calling. I'm sure if you were in Red's shoes you'd be pretty upset too. $4,000+ dollars is a BIG chunk of money. Red, when did you send the money to them?

Thank you....

$4,750 was sent the week of august 11-15. I know they are not screwing anyone over, but the lack of communication is ridiculous for the amount of money that is being paid.

Shirl, I have 0 name calling in my post. Its just that there is no respect from anyone on this board when the name 'BATMAN' is mentioned. All hell breaks looks when 'mach performance' is in the topic. I also said that I understood where he was coming from... until he decided to act like a 14 year old b!tch! making this into a war on me. but thats ok, I'm the one with the bigger dick at the end of all this, so I wont say anything more. I dont post to start trouble, Shirl you should know that all I want is respect from others to everyone. I remember that I was the first to reply to one of your posts a long time ago.
Then they bring up the $5k they've paid somebody, and they expect everything, knowing that everything is brand new. Knowing that batman and mach performance spent more then that, and alot more in man hours.
It seems to me that besides all the four letter profaine words, we need to filter out batman and mach performace, just because all threads containing those names gets heated and out of control!!
As far as killing myself... I got too much pride for that. See, I dont gotta say stuff to a faceless name to pretend my dick's big. and as far as that ticket goes, I'll be the first one to admit that I was a dumbass. I was a dumbass! But because you've already shown signs of immatururity, take it as a warning not to street race. And as far as you're concerned there was at least one other person getting the same ticket I got... on this board. so see, now you've incorporated HIM in this fight, trying to be the bigger man.

Please don't think that the childish remarks of the few reflect the opinion of the whole board. There are many people who really appreciate the hard work you and Ryan put into this whole project. Some people just don't understand what it takes to take on something of this measure. I sure as hell don't, but I can imagine how much work it must take. I'm looking forward to see what kinds of numbers these kits are going to be putting down and I give you and your shop

I'm sitting here, shaking my head this morning at all of this.

First of all, I support Mach Performance and Batman in their pursuit of this kit. No one supports us V6ers and anyone who does gets a big thumbs-up from me.

With that said I also need to say that any product, regardless of how great it is or what a benefit it would be/is to the community it supports is of little use if it does not get to its customers. Couple that with poor customer service and you've got a formula for disaster.

Taking on the project of developing this kit is a colossal job to say the least, and I respect you guys for attempting the challenge. After the problems I've had putting together a test model for my duel-belt kit, I scrapped the project simply on the grounds that I didn't feel it would benefit the community I was building it for, nor could I support what I was developing. There were too many problems to make mass production profitable to any party involved. An install manual, bracket patterns and part lists will be made available in the near future to those who would like to attempt their own building of a kit . . . one at a time.

If you don’t have the time required to service these kits, treat your paying costumers with respect and reply to your emails and phone calls, I think it’s time you hand the project off to someone who can.
