I don't see the problem here. I picked up a beta spot earlier this year, sent in my deposit. Yeah it's taking a long time, everyone invloved with the project is frustrated with the time line.

Back when Ryan had a job I used to phone him every couple of weeks and he was super nice, always keeping me filled in. Now I call Mach about every 2-3 weeks to get an update on the progress. I always speak with Colleen, she has highly impressed me with her knowledge of blown cars (unlike when I call the fools at Powerdyne). I give them a A+ on communication. We have been sharing ideas back and forth, I've sent them photos, logs of my a-tap for the tuning, etc. The other day I got an email because ATI sent a non-polished blower for my kit when I ordered a polished one. So they had to send it back. Stuff like that isn't their fault, it's part of the business. I run my own business and sometimes you just can't get every phone call. Times get busy, I understand that. And in the aftermarket world things never fit/work right, it's always trial and error. The V6ers should understand this the most.

I've been waiting on a flywheel from SPEC since March. My car has been basicly useless with no cluth this year. It's not SPEC's fault GM designed a screwed up flywheel with some crazy balancing issues. But same situation, they have been working hard on it and always providing me with updates when I call to check. Sure they could have given up on the project, but instead they have stuck with it and put a lot of R&D into the flywheel, just like Mach has done with this kit.

I'm excited about receiving my new kit, I know the workmanship will be excellent. Never once have I felt uncomfortable or "scamed" during this whole process.

Stefan, maybe you should put up a poll or at least ask before you ASSUME everyone is having problems. I just hate to see all this immature bashing that is not necessary.

speaking from a consumer standpoint, i jsut dont understand why you would spend MORE MONEY for LESS HORSEPOWER. can someone please explain this too me. look at all the bs you guys have gone through. it jsut doesnt make sense too me. i will never flame bill or ryan, but this has gone on long enough. i love the fact that peple want too progress and produce product that will make things better for the v6 community, but why soo long. if there is a kit that is already done for one set vehicle type, then it shold be available for production as long as everything went well. see, ryans kit is done and on the car working properly. so put it into prodution now. it has been a few months since i heard anything about testing. wasnt that car supposed too go on the dyno with more boost? i never heard anything more about that. i jsut think that this whole thing from my standpoint is nonsense and i laugh like hell everytime these wars start up over and over again. i cant believe that the person that is trying too sell these kits is burning bridges soo bad either. you cant sell product that is highpriced by calling people nazi's or chewing him out. this is why i will read the drama that is revolving around this kit every day. and now on "AS THE V6 FBODY TURNS" :D

stefan: man, i am sorry you catch soo much crap from these people. they have no right. i think you should just sell your kit from 300 bucks less and call it a day.
boost, you got it???

i agree with stefan 100%
this kit has been nothing but excuses, unanswered phone calls, broken promises, delays and such. in the mean time.. how many turbo projects have been completed by amateurs.

customer service is a joke.

i bet mach sells maybe 1 kit after the "beta" is over..

Ok ok If you all give me 5000 apiece I'll give you a shiney card that says "Beta Tester" on it, then I'll have a industrial hairdryer chromed and some piping welded to it. After this I will move to canada and leave instructions to a distant relative to ship the crates I left in their garage in 5 years and make sure no one answers the phone I left out there, just let the recorded message I left saying something like "Too busy working on the kits and trying to pay my late bills, Leave a message and I'll call you back when I get to my aunts computer or my half brothers cell phone". What do ya say?

Stefan and Jenn: It seems ridiculous that you guys are even contemplating taking those pics down. I cant actually believe you are scared of "copyright enfringement". Keep them up until Mock Performance (notice the play on words... I thought that was pretty clever) has cleared themselves of any possible fraud violations.

At this point I dont see any reason why you do not give the money back to your paying customers except for the fact YOU MUST NOT HAVE IT.
You had no right to accept several thousand dollars if you were going to take this long to turn it around. Its bad buisness
Now I am suspicious of fraud because now Batman is saying "Oh I dont have enough money to have internet". The first thing a buisnessman who is behind on bills does and is desperate to stay afloat does is start borrowing from funds that are not his b/c "he will pay them back when he starts turning a profit".
Batman, to protect yourself from these accusations you should return the money if you cannot produce the product for all pre-paid customers in 3 more days.
If you cannot give a refund at this time for services not rendered - you should pray that this"community" doesnt take your *** to the cleaners.
You've f*cked up. admit it.

It has nothing to do w/ whiney excuses or whiney accusations.
You and MP have engaged in poor buisness practices... which have now lead to very real accusations of fraud.

To the people who have dumped money into it... demand your money back. Go patronize a different company.
5 grand is a lot... I will not make a judgement call as to if this is too much, but I know of other places that can do similar things for less.

Have a pleasant day.

Hmm, looks like ill have to go buy a Tornado Air off Ebay since the Mach thing doesent look like its working out too well.

I wish I had a better memory to remember all the doubters waaaay back when a year ago when this thing was taking waay too long, a YEAR ago. Hopefully at least all the betas get what they paid for sometime in the near future and we can all forget about this fiasco and wait until people put em up for sale on the for sale forum.

Nice of them to send you "half". When's the other "half" coming? Didn't they say that they wanted to get the kit put together as a "whole" kit before they send it out to anyone. Sorry you are taking some flack for this.. but our members and especially the other "beta" people should be able to post their opinions on this topic. Knowledge is power. And this knowledge could have saved people several thousands of dollars. I just hope when the air clears, you guys get a half decent kit. Especially, after FirebirdGT made the comment about the kit's design not being up to par.
